The Ircon is well known for undertaking challenging infrastructure projects, especially in difficult terrains in India and abroad.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Likewise, SCPL is ready for the challenging infrastructure projects, thus we have taken the project in Sundergarh, Rourkela (Odisha) which is in the outskirt of Odisha. Civil and Pre-engineered steel building was a major part of the project. The complete Project value was of approx. 30 crore, however, being a start-up SCPL was able to bag the sublet part of the project by Rs. 10 Cr. And with SCPL dedication and knowledge about work, the project value was enhanced by IRCON to further Rs. 5 Cr. Mussoorie is known as \u201cQueen of Hills\u201d and every year many tourist visits to this beautiful hill station, however parking in hills becoming a major hurdle for all tourists and ultimately its impact was coming on the revenue generation of the Uttarakhand state and the local businessman.To solve this issue SCPL has started working on a multi-level car parking project in Mussoorie which will cater to all the issues and every tourist visiting Mussoorie will not have to think about their vehicle before planning a visit. This project is 5 stories parking which can park at least 212 cars at any given point of time. Construction in\u00a0a hilly area is itself\u00a0a major challenge where you have to perform your activities keeping in view that the natural beauty of hills should not get affected.
